From a project perspective, the planning, negotiation, collaboration and reflection required to successfully implement an E_Learning concept serves only to upskill, add value and build strong partnerships between business partners and is the unique selling point of a blended learning environment.
A more obvious benefit however is the unique selling point of a blended learning approach using existing proven resources alongside an online alternative. This enables RTO's to differentiate their services and gives the end user more choice.
In terms of project management, there needs to be a bureaucratic style of leadership to ensure project deliverables, however there is an equal requirement of entrepreneurial skills to deliver an innovative product also.
